You get the students worksheet, teachers worksheet with answers and powerpoint, plus some handouts. Students can use books such as Cambridge IGCSE PE as well to answer the questions. Plus there are independent studies in the worksheet. Plus exam questions at the end. Please note that you may need to alter the powerpoint as I do my lessons on a mac. Learning Objectives 1.2.5 The anatomical components and structure of the cardio vascular system to include, the heart – atria, ventricles, valves, septum, atrioventricular (AV) and sinoatrial (SA) nodes, myocardia – blood, and blood vessels (arteries, veins, and capillaries). 1.2.6 The physiology of the cardiovascular system with regards to the cardiac cycle, systemic and pulmonary circulation, venous return, vascular shunting, heart rates, (resting, working, maximum, heart rate reserve and recovery), stroke volume, cardiac output, end diastolic and end systolic volumes. 1.2.7 Understanding of bradycardia, why it may be beneficial and how, anatomically and physiologically, it may occur. Please note that in the powerpoint and worksheets things might move around so you will have to fix it on your computer if necessary

You will get circuit cards for a number of sports, such as basketball, football and striking and fielding which can be laminated for the circuit. Each student will receive a scorecard for that sport. There is a scheme of work for this block of circuits. The activities are differentiated so that students can choose either easier or harder tasks. Please note that I am dyslexic, so I may make simply mistakes.
